1 tin of good quality coconut cream

1 banana

1 tin of pears (in juice preferable to syrup) drained

1 Tbsp BioHoney Manuka honey

1 Tbsp Biobalance Bee Pollen

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder

2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs


In a blender mix all ingredients, except the cacao powder and nibs, until smooth and creamy.

Pour half the mixture into a jug and set aside.

Add the cacao powder to the remaining mixture and blend until well mixed.

Stir in the cacao nibs .

Fill ice block moulds with half of each mixture, stirring cacao mix occasionally before pouring into moulds. This helps ensure cacao nibs are distributed evenly.

Put sticks in the centre of each mould and place in freezer until set.

Run moulds briefly under warm water to help removal when serving.
