Sassie’s Freestyle Crackers

1 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup white sesame seeds

1/2 cup black sesame seeds

1/4 cup water

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Beetroot Powder

1 tsp herb salt

Sprinkle of sea salt on top


Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Use kitchen whiz to grind the sunflower seeds to fine meal.

Then pulse all sesame seeds until bruised but still crunchy.

Mix both together in a bowl and add spices.

Add water and mix well

Put mixture on sheet of baking paper, put another sheet of baking paper on top and roll out with a bottle or dough roller until thin and evenly-ish spread.

Take top sheet off and, using a sharp knife, score in your preferable cracker size, sprinkle sea salt on top.

Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until sides are brown.

Allow to cool before breaking crackers. Store in tin or other airtight container.
