Ingredients

400ml coconut cream

1/3 cup BioBalance Certified Organic Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Maple syrup

2 1/2 Tbsp BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder

1 tsp Vanilla essence

Pinch salt

Zest of 1 orange

To serve

Fresh fruit, edible flowers or bee pollen (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients (excpet orange zest) in a blender. Blitz for several minutes until silky smooth.

Add the orange zest and pulse briefly to mix through.

Place in a fridge for at least one hour to chill and firm up.

Will last up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
