Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Put your ingredients (except the water) in a food processor and whizz until everything is smooth. Add your water as required while everything is “whizzing” until you get the consistency you want for mousse, adjust the honey to taste and add more if you need it.
Pop into individual glasses/ dishes and refrigerate until required. Enjoy.
Swap lemon juice for orange juice, or add Limoncello or Cointreau for a grown-up alcoholic version.
A sprinkle of cacao powder, cacao nibs, mint, lavender or fresh fruit to decorate.
You can also freeze these for ready to go chocolate ice-cream portions, (just let them soften for a while before you eat at room temperature).
